My Goal

If you are reading this then hello and welcome to my humble little corner on the internet! I hope to one day see this website filled full of useful tips, delicious recipes and all the knowledge you’d need to be able to not only follow recipes but even create brand new ones!

I love a good explanation with silly analogies followed up with examples that drive the point home clearly. Using those principles as my base, I plan to give easily understandable explanations that anyone can learn and apply! This isn’t just a recipe blog but a learning environment for all things food and feasting related. That includes techniques, tricks, tools, gadgets and of course, recipes.

My goal is to inspire people that can’t cook to try, and those that can and do cook to discover new frontiers in the field of food! I want to learn as much as I’m teaching and have an open discussion with anyone I interact with to share our experiences.
